The homeless have the right to vote!

If you do not have a permanent address you can use:

Brighton Unemployed Centre Families Project
6 Tilbury Place

Step 2:

Download the "Electoral registration form for someone with no fixed or permanent address" here, print it and fill it in (your local council office can also provide you with a registration pack - contact details below).

To avoid any delay in your registration being processed make sure the following details are completed correctly.
  • Your Full Name
  • Your date of birth
  • Your nationality
  • Your national insurance number (other ID's are possible, this is the easiest)
  • An address or place where you spend some of your time
  • You must sign and date the “Declaration” on the form
  • An email address (this is the quickest way to contact you if there are any questions)
  • A phone number (if possible)
  • A postal address if you can’t receive mail where you stay

  • Step 3:

    Return the form to:
    Electoral Registration Officer
